Lowmar Consultancy, Mentoring and Coaching ("Lowmar", "I", "me") is run by Sharon Martin, based in the East Riding of Yorkshire. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website or get in touch. I am the data controller for that information.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. Nothing else. This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking - I don't know who visits it.
Why I collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to arrange and provide that work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest - responding to someone who has deliberately contacted me - and, where we enter an agreement, performance of a contract.
Who sees it
Me. Enquiries are also received by Carebrand, who built and maintain this website, purely so they can keep the contact form working. Emails are delivered using Resend (resend.com), an email service provider. None of your information is sold, rented or shared for marketing, ever.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where we do work together, records are kept for 6 years after the work ends, as required for tax and professional purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to my holding it. Email sharon@lowmarcmc.co.uk and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
The form is submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and enquiries are held in a password-protected email account. No system is perfectly secure, but your information is never stored in a public database on this website.
